By following the General Return Policy, Optic Nacouzi e-store offers its customers and for many products 7 days (from receipt of order) return option. Many products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of order unless the requirements listed in this page about the General Return Policy are not respected.
Request for Full Refund and cost of shipping:
Within the General Return Policy of Optic Nacouzi e-store a Full Refund is granted when a Request for Full Refund is made and when the reason for return is a result of an error occurred by Optic Nacouzi e-store; in such circumstances Optic Nacouzi e-store refund will also cover the cost of return shipping.
However in other circumstances products sold can be returned or exchanged but can never be granted a Full Refund; and in those circumstances the customer will be charged for the cost of return shipping.

Still in the plastic wrap with all labels not scratched or removed;
In the original packaging;
In the original condition;
Including all the accessories at the time of purchase;
Bundled products should be returned as a package not as partial/individual items;
With original invoice;
Once a product is accepted to be returned, the customer must use a shipping service with tracking ability. Returns may not be recovered or refunded if a shipping service without tracking ability is used.
Recipients of Defect shipping:
When a customer receives a Defect or Damaged product due to shipping or packaging errors, we ship a new replacement of the same product.
If a customer likes to exchange an item for another he can do so by filling a return form, specifying an item with the same amount, and covering the shipping costs.
Gift recipients can exchange their product by filling a return form and specifying an item.
